In her previous corporate career in international banking, Joanna held a senior leadership role at Citigroup, managing multinational clients with challenges faced by top executives in complex, high-pressure environments. During that time, she ran a CEEMEA division from Brussels and London, overseeing clients in 16 global industries across 38 countries. She is 1 of approximately 120 MCC Master coaches in the UK.
